Czech researcher Pavel Himl performed researches on marginal groups (gypsies, vagabonds, mendicants) of the region of Krummau (or Krumlov), region of the South Bohemia (Czech Republic), of XVII - XVIII c. and constituted the social picture of these groups and studied, principally over the proceedings of police, the relations of power with the services of order.
In given clips, the researcher speaks about the persecution of the gypsies in Czech in XVII - XVIII c. He also explains identification criteria of the gypsies by the judges.
